Hungry Thieves

An unlocked safe made it easier for thieves to loot Delmonico's Restaurant, 142 SW 37th Ave., during the night July 18. They got $40 from the safe, $15 from the cash register and helped themselves to a box of cigars.

Cegelis' Tour Florida After Pledging Vows

Mr. and Mrs. Michael Skirchak, of 1830 SW 92nd Ave., announce the marriage of their daughter, Michaeleen, to William Vincent Cegelis, son of Mr. and Mrs. William John Cegelis of 2901 SW 102nd Ave. The wedding took place recently at St. Brendan's Roman Catholic Church, with Fr. O'Donovan officiating at the 11:30 a.m. double ring ceremony. Given in marriage by her father, the bride wore a floor-length gown of white Chantilly lace and tulle, with Sabrina neckline, and long sleeves. The bouffant skirt was of the lace which fell into points over the tulle. The bride's four-tiered French illusion veil fell from a crown of pearls and sequins. She carried her prayer book covered with a white orchid. Mrs. Gregory Masserang of Detroit, the bride's sister, was matron of honor and wore a pink nylon chiffon gown. Bridesmaids were Miss Sally Goodwin and Miss Donna Walters. They wore matching gowns of pink. William J. Johnson was best man. Ushers were Robert Reagan and Richard Tadish. The bride is a graduate of Southwest Miami High School. The groom is a graduate of Brentwood High School, Pittsburgh, and is a student at Dade County Junior College. MRS. WILLIAM J. CEGELIS After a tour of Florida, the couple will reside at 2835 SW 102nd Ave.

"Tina" Stahl Is Married To Joseph Thomas Meyer

St. Thomas Episcopal Church South Miami, was the setting Saturday for the wedding of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Thomas Meyer. The Rev. Arthur J. Rantz officiated at the 7:30 p.m. ceremony and the reception followed at the Coco Plum Woman's Club. The bride, the former Miss Kristina Louise "Tina" Stahl, is the daughter of Dr. and Mrs. Arthur L. Stahl, of 7408 S.W. 53rd Ave. The groom, son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Frank H. Meyer, of St. Louis, Mo., resided at 3532 N.W. 2nd Ter. Mrs. Peter Manz of Palm Beach was matron of honor and bridesmaids were Mrs. Jerome Stahl and Miss Nancy Adams. James Spillis was best man and ushers were Lee Heartling, Thomas Flynn, John Riche and Jerome Stahl. After a wedding trip to the North Carolina mountains, the couple will reside at 1528 San Remo Ave., Coral Gables. She was graduated from Florida State University. Miss Pector Will Marry

Mr. and Mrs. Jack Pector, 6920 Sunrise Pl., announce the engagement of their daughter, Eileen, to Harvey Roy Meltzer, son of Mr. and Mrs. David Meltzer, 1425 SW 18th St. A wedding is planned for June, 1962. Miss Pector is a graduate of Miami Senior High School. Her fiance is a junior at the University of Florida, where he is majoring in electrical engineering.

Team Golf For Women

It was team event, drawn blind Friday, at the Coral Gables Country Club's Women's Golf Association. Play was foursomes. Mrs. Fay Britt, Mrs. Howard Marshall, Mrs. Krit Logsdon and Mrs. A. M. Dohre. Two teams tied for second place with 155 1/2. They were Mrs. J. C. Finerty, Mrs. Cliff Snyder, Mrs. Franklin Parson and Mrs. Anne Stokes, and Mrs. Edna Kaspar, Mrs. Richard McClain, Mrs. R. G. Schmid and Mrs. E. J. Livesay came in first with 150.
