by HELEN REYNOLDS Casual entertaining fills these March days with luncheons, cocktail parties and informal teas predominating as the season wanes. The Country Club will mark the last party of its season on the 29th with the Governor's dinner dnce, then social interest among the "clubbers" will turn to the Miami Biltmore Country Club whose first party of the summer season opens tomorrow night and to the Country Club of Coral Gables, which always has a well rounded out summer program.
