Lower Prices, Better Quality In Paints Thanks to Renuart's New Factory

Renuart Lumber Yards, Dade's center for home repairs, now manufactures its own paint. | Renuart and a group of responsible paint distributors in primary cities of Florida established the Peninsula Paint & Plastics Manufacture Company. | This new company located in Orlando, Florida, has been established to supply you with 'specially-made' Florida paint. | By eliminating many wholesalers, Renuart can provide Pen Paint (abbrv.) products to you at lowest possible prices. | PEN PAINT PRODUCTS | Renuart Stores are the only outlets for Pen Paint Products in Dade County. Pen's exterior paints and primers, sealers, undercoaters, semi-and hi-gloss enamels, marine varnishes, masonry paint, etc. are all attractively displayed here. | "Paint to cover any surface" is no empty combination of words when describing Pen Products. Pen provides a complete line of paint to solve any decorating problem. | MASONRY PAINT | Coating interior and exterior masonry, such as concrete cinder blocks, stucco, asbestos, shingles, etc. can be applied easily and quickly now thanks to Pen Vinyl Masonry Paint. | Vinyl Masonry paint is based on an unmodified-copolymer resin emulsion. It is designed to give a definite filling action to the pores of the masonry surface. The paint film dries to a dull flat finish with an extremely high resistance to alkali. A unique feature of the dried film is its "breather action" which permits passage of moisture vapor from the structure without destroying the paint's adhesion. This feature however does' not effect the film's ability to stop passage of liquid water into the building. A powerful fungicide is used in the paint to resist mildew growth. | WALLS AND WOODWORK | Pen Perma-Glo semi gloss paint is just right to up-to-date walls and woodwork where high quality paint is used for interior and exterior work. It is easy to use and dries quickly to a hard, washable finish. | Remember too, Renuart can give you practically any color you wish when you use Pen Perma Glo. They can match any color to your favorite wallpaper, fabric, etc., with their new automatic tinting machine. | MARINE WORK TOO! | Pen Poly Var is a new super, durable finish of the polyurethane type, it is a premium quality marine spar varnish. | Pen Poly Var gives you a harder, glass like clear finish and is more durable than conventional wood finishes. It can be used for interior wood floors and staircases, woodwork, cabinets, toys, tools, exterior doors, lawn furniture, boats, canoes, yachts, etc. | Yes, there is a Pen Paint product to cover any surface Better yet, Renuart can provide this quality paint to you at lowest possible prices. | So don't hesitate — stop by Renuart today. Let a representative show you how Pen Paint can easily fit into your decorating budget. | NAME THE NEED and Renuart can fill it, be it lumber, paint, hardware or other products. Stop by today. A Renuart representative will be happy to solve your building problem.

THE MAILBOX

Editor The Herald: If, as one of our courts recently held, a judge is immune from arrest for a traffic violation while on his way to work, then it would appear that the law should be revised to extend such immunity to all persons on their way to work. | Surely it is not more important that a judge arrive at his work on time than it is that the rest of us should. At least he will not be docked for being late as many others do. | This is clearly a case of rank having its privilege. | FRANK J. WEDEKEMPER
