Local man promoted to director of Mart

Don E. Killoren, Jr., formerly Operations Manager of the Atlanta Merchandise Mart, has been named Director of Markets for the Miami Merchandise Mart. Killoren, 26, served in several administrative capacities during his tenure at the Atlanta Mart including Trade Show Manager, Market Manager and Operations Manager.

Oil Co. veep

Adrian D. Bolch, Jr., 12365 SW 73rd Ave., was recently named executive vice president of Belcher Oil Co. at the company's 62 annual meeting. Bolch was Senior Vice President for Belcher. In his new role, Bolch will have responsibility for planning in budget and finance, internal and external communications programs, personnel policy and employe benefit planning, and operational observation on a continuing basis.

Field management

George F. Thurman of 16405 SW 107th Ct., will be discussing field management and its opportunities and responsibilities this week in a five-day program here at the National Life Insurance Company of Vermont company's home office. District Agent Thurman, an associate of Miami general agent Edward C. Rogers, Chartered Life Underwriter, in Coral Gables, is one of 22 selected district agents from throughout the country attending the sessions dealing with agency management skill development.

Officers promotion

William H. Losner, president of the Bank of Perrine, announced the promotion of three officers and promotion of four new officers, as elected by the November Board of Directors meeting. Elected as assistant vice presidents are: Barbara B. Aniskovich, Melba H. Chamblin, and Elizabeth M. Eddy.
