Dade Metro Debate Set
A debate, "What will become of Metro," will be held at 8 p.m. Wednesday Sept. 20 in the auditorium of the Christopher Columbus High School. The meeting is sponsored by the West Dade Democratic Club and the Southwest Democratic Club. Robert Crain, a consulting engineer, will explain the charter supporting Metro. Art Green will argue the John McLeod position. Moderator will be Arthur C. Phillips, associate professor of English at the University of Miami.

Black Caesar's Plans Expansion
Black Caesar's Forge will acquire something of a new look by November, when the Pally Club — a private key club — will be ready for business, along with a fourth dining room and a second bar and cocktail lounge. The new dining room will be for private parties of up to 50 persons, and that the Pally Club is being designed to accomodate a membership of 500.
The distinction of being the southernmost state was given up by Florida in 1959 when Hawaii was admitted to the union, Florida State Chamber of Commerce researchers note.
