Sweet Tooth? They'll Help You Fill It
Starting Saturday, more than 100 students at Palmetto High School will fan out through the community to sell candy. Beneficiary will be the band and majorettes who need the money for music, uniforms and instruments. The students obtained $500 profit last year, aim for $2,000 this year. Karl Greenwell, 12915 SW 83rd Ct., is in charge of the project, sponsored by the Palmetto Band and Orchestral Association. Those participating will be: There are 36 majorettes in the Palmetto High School Marching Band.
