RULES TO RUN FICTITIOUS NAMES

People use fictitious business names in order to come up with a unique or different approach for their particular business. It's simple to do. First, pick a name. It's best to pick something that will reflect your business or your product. Choose carefully. It's a name you'll probably have for some time. When you've made your choice, go to the Dade County Court House to be sure that someone else isn't already using your intended name.
