Once you've typed on an electric portable, you'll never type on any other kind

Even typing. You type all letters with the same even blackness. There are no jumbled letters, no jumpy lines, no uneven spacing. 4 repeat keys. You can underline a full row of words just by holding down the key. Electricity repeats the underline automatically. The same is true of dots, dashes, spaces, and the letter "X." Fastest typing. The Smith-Corona electric portable keeps up with you... even if you are a speed champ. No pounding. Electricity does the work-gives you an expert's touch. 10 carbons. The last is about as clear as the first. Try an electric portable at a Smith-Corona dealer. See your Yellow Pages. More people buy Smith-Corona than any other portable.
