Pete Peterson Is Stoecker's New Owner

Ennis T. Peterson, of 3616 Ponce de Leon Blvd., Coral Gables, has purchased Stoecker's Steak House and is now operating it as Peterson's Steak Place. "Pete" Peterson is a former retail liquor dealer and, before going into that business, was a pianist and entertainer. Maitre d' at Peterson's will be Chuck Nixon, a veteran of 30 years. Nixon is known to patrons of the former Colony Restaurant and the Preview, on Coral Way, and also was associated with the Travelers, Chary's and other dining spots in the area.
