Notice is hereby given that on December 20, 1960, the Commission of the City of Coral Gables adopted an ordinance, title of which is as follows: ORDINANCE NO. 1207 An ordinance amending "The Code of the City of Coral Gables" by adding to Chapter 8 of said code sections defining awnings, shelter canopies, and car-porte canopies; requiring permit before erecting; setting fees for permit; establishing regulations as to size, clearance and location; prescribing type of materials that may be used for fabrication; providing for the separability of the provisions hereof; and repealing all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict or inconsistent herewith.
