Wanted: someone to fix bikes

Unless some club or organization comes forth with the skill and the willingness to repair 37 bicycles, some needy children in the South Miami area may have a disappointing Christmas. Instead of auctioning off the bicycles, the city annually repairs them and donates the bikes to underprivileged children at Christmas. "But this year we have no one to repair the bicycles," said City Manager Jack Present, "we'd like some club, class or organization to take on the job of repairing the bikes."
