C., May 23 to 25th. Mary Ivonne Axelson, daughter of the Ivar Axelson's, 4514 Alhambra Circle, and Lenore Edith Carrero, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Tildo S. Leaving Miami Sunday, the 18th, the group plans to spend two days at Williamsburg, Va., where they will visit the old Governor's Palace, the Raleigh Tavern, and William and Mary College. A four-horse drawn carriage will take them to the lovely old mansions of Williamsburg. Mrs. Amerise has made arrangements for the girls to visit the FBI, the treasury department, mint, and a full inspection of the White House. Visits to sessions in both the Senate and House of Representatives also are on the itenary. Opening session for the convention will start at 9:30 Saturday, May 23, in Memorial Continental Hall. At 2 p. m. that day there will be a White House Reception, followed later in the afternoon by another business meeting at Memorial Continental Hall. A service will be held around the elm tree planted by the C.A.R. in 1895, and plenty of time will be allowed to view the mansion and grounds. A box lunch will be served on the picnic grounds at Mt. Vernon. In Alexandria there will be a memorial service in the Old Presbyterian Meeting House and a wreath will be placed on the Tomb of the Unknown Revolutionary Soldier, erected by the C.A.R. in 1929, in the church yard of the Old Meeting House. Other points of interest will be passed with a stop at the Lincoln Memorial, arriving back at Memorial Continental Hall about 3:30 p. m.
