Notice is hereby given that at 12 o'clock noon on Wednesday, May 28, 1947 at the City Commission Chambers of the City Hall, Coral Gables, Florida, all lots and lands then delinquent for non-payment of City of Coral Gables taxes for the year 1946 will be sold at public auction for the amount of said taxes, plus cost and charges specified by law, and the certificates issued at said sale will draw interest during the first year thereafter at such rate as may be bid by the purchaser at said sale, but not less than 5% and not more than 18% per annum, and thereafter at the rate of 8% per annum until paid.
