McMullans to Reside In Clemson After Wedding

MRS. T. P. McMULLAN Mr. and Mrs. Lewis Robert Voorhees of 2838 S.W. 18th St. announce the marriage of their daughter, Elizabeth Ann, to Thomas Patrick McMullan, son of Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Omar McMullan Jr. of 3310 N.W. 3rd St. The double ring ceremony took place at 3 p.m. Sunday at the First Methodist Church of Coral Gables, with Dr. Lewis N. Head, pastor officiating. The reception followed in the church lounge. Given in marriage by her father the bride wore a floor length white taffeta gown, designed on princess lines with full skirt ending in a chapel train. The bodice and brief sleeves were of reembroidered Alencon lace. Her French - length veil of illusion fell from a crown of white orange blossoms, and she carried a bouquet of white roses and orchids on her Rain-bow Bible. The bride's five attendants wore ballerina - length gowns of aqua silk organza over taffeta with matching hats and shoes, and carried Vanda orchids. They were Louise Voorhees, sister of the bride, maid of honor; bridesmaids Mrs. Robert S. Waddle, Miss Wilvia Arch, Miss Jackie Couey and Miss Dotty Tracy, cousin of the bride, all of Miami. Wick Watson of Simpsonville, S.C., was best man. Ushers were Jerry McMullen, brother of the groom; Robert S. Waddle, James Huey and Jack Armstrong. Greeting guests at the reception, the bride's mother wore a blue silk sheath dress with matching accessories, and white roses corsage. The mother of the groom was in beige silk organza, with matching accessories and her corsage was tea roses. Mrs. Dorothy Tracy, aunt of the bride, was organist and Mrs. Agnes Middlebrook was soloist. After a brief wedding trip through Florida the bride and groom will live in Clemson, S.C., where he is a junior student at Clemson Agricultural College. He and his bride are both graduates of Miami High School.

Germany Is Destination For Couple

MRS. ROSS MIMNAUGH Mr. and Mrs. J. Ross Mimnaugh are on a wedding trip, driving to Lake Mohawk, N.J., with future residence in Frankfort, Germany. The couple pledged their vows Saturday, in a double ring ceremony at the Church of the Epiphany. The bride, the former Miss Michaele Catherine McGann, is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Frank W. McGann of 7425 Sunset Dr. The groom, is the son of Mr. and Mrs. J. Ross Mimnaugh, of 5785 S.W. 30th St. The bride wore a white silk taffeta gown reembroidered in seed pearls with an overtrain of white taffeta and carried white orchids. Her three attendants wore Moss green silk organza gowns, and carried African daisies. They were Mrs. Augustine Calvo, the former Judith Sterling, of Memphis, and Colleen Verdon of Coral Gables. Peter Mimnaugh was best man. Ushers were Jim McGann, brother of the bride, and Michael Mimnaugh, brother of the groom. The bride is a graduate of St. Elizabeth Academy, Morristown, N.J., Immaculata College, Philadelphia, and of the Katherine Gibbs School, New York City. The groom was graduated from Curley High School, Miami, and the University of Florida.

BAR MITZVAH

James Harris, son of Mr. and Mrs. Morton Harris, will be Bar Mitzvah Saturday at Temple Beth Am.

Mrs. Kuhn Is Installed

The Rev. John O'Dowd of the Epiphany Catholic Church installed the new officers of the Altar and Rosary Society in recent communion breakfast ceremonies in the church cafeteria. The new officers are Mrs. Clarence J. Kuhn, president; Mrs. E. J. Rader, vice president; Mrs. Fred J. Gelhaus, treasurer; Mrs. Floyd Burns, recording secretary and Mrs. Mary Bird, corresponding secretary.
