Moose Lodge Fund Drive Will Aid Children

The Coral Gables Civic Lodge, Loyal Order of Moose, announces its annual program for its locally adopted charity, the Bradley Nursing Home for Retarded Children. The Bradley Home is a lo-ealy operated charitable in-stitution for the care and main-tenance of unfortunate and, for the most part, incurable, men-tally ill children. Joseph Tutturici, secretary and chairman of the Civic Af-fairs Committee of the Lodge, in expressing the attitude of the organization, stated, "The need of such an institution is a great one, and we believe this is one of the truly worthwhile ways in which we can justify our existence in this communi-ty." The Civic Lodge plans to as-sist the Home by conducting a clothing and fund-raising drive. They will be assisted by the Saxons and the Tabs of Coral Gables High School in a "Kall for Kids" telephone cam-paign during the week of Nov. 27, asking the help of local residents in donating such ar-ticles as sheets, diapers, used radios, and whatever funds they can afford to contribute. The Coral Gables High School youth have volnttered thier services in making the calls and picking up the donations. The Coral Gables Civic Lodge is also planning a fund-raising banquet for the benefit of the Bradley Nursing Home in the future.
