CG Chamber cruises to meet Bahamians

Eleven officers and directors of the Coral Gables Chamber of Commerce will be meeting with the 16 officers and council members of the Bahamas Chamber of Commerce when the Gables takes a cruise to the Bahamas on the SS Monarch Sun this weekend. The two groups will meet for a special luncheon, sponsored by the Bahamas Chamber in Nassau Saturday. The cruise aboard the Monarch Sun was a top prize in the 1976 Membership Campaign of the Coral Gables Chamber, and those taking the cruise, along with their wives and husbands, were winners in the campaign to bring new members into the Chamber. More than 230 new members were signed up during the March and April campaign. Robert R. Harcourt, president-elect of the Chamber, is among those participating in the cruise.
