Art Construction Co. Features Additions On Homes in Area

"FASHION, DESIGN AND PRACTICALITY" has become the trademark of Art Construction Company. Jay E. Leshaw and Ronnie Singerman, owners, specialize in 'artistic construction.' In a recent interview with Leshaw and Singerman they announced that their company is specializing in a new type of home addition, second story sections. Think of the space this would provide for . . a large bathroom, walk-in dressing room and closet combination, a spacious sitting room and bedroom. "An extra floor also provides additional view, ventilation, and comfort." The beauty and distinction of such an unusual type of addition is easily seen. The point not seen is the fact that this area becomes the master suite and affords maximum privacy from all other parts of the home. The proper use of the area above a garage or carport enhances the beauty and practical use of the existing residence and in no way detracts from the established exterior design or layout. "You can realize a profit on your second story sections," Ronnie Singerman said. "Unlike most additions an improvement will increase the value of your property above the cost of the addition." South Pacific For Everyone
