Scout Fete Saturday At C. Plaza

Four hundred Girl Scouts will celebrate the Golden Anniversary of Girl Scouting Saturday in Central Plaza Shopping Center at 1 p.m. The 50th birthday actually falls on Mar. 12, within National Girl Scout Week, Mar. 11-17, but two neighborhood groups are having their celebration early. A super-duper cake with 50 candles will be on display and served to the girls who will participate in group songs. Mrs. Dorothy Finkelstein, president of Dade County Girl Scouts, will be present.

LITTLE JONATHAN, two, clutching his Teddy Bear, wanted his mother, Mrs. Joel Lehman, 8540 SW 34th Ter., to pay him some attention. But she and these other ladies were busy setting up this table for the French sidewalk cafe, a highlight of St. Philip's Episcopal Church fair last Saturday. Theme was "Springtime in Paris" and these women served at the tables. From the left are Mrs. Parker D. Thomson, 3716 Durango St.; Mrs. C. B.
