JoAnne Fossey Says Vows; Is Living in Germany
It was a first trip to Germany for former County Commissioner and Mrs. Ralph Fossey, 9390 S. Ludlum Rd., when their daughter, Josephine Anne (JoAnne) and Lt. Richard S. Robinson were married. It was also a case of the meeting of "California and Florida." The bride is a native Floridian and the groom a Californian. The ceremony took place Jan. 27 in the Chapel at Fort Skelly, Regensburg, and followed the traditional civil ceremony. Fellow officers of the groom in their blue dress uniforms held crossed swords for the bride and groom as they left the church. The bride is a graduate of Coral Gables High School and the University of Miami. She taught in the Dade County Schools before going to Germany to teach in the American Elementary School in Regensburg. The groom is a graduate of San Jose State College where he was awarded the Wall Street Journal Award for top business management graduate and a member of Who's Who among students in American Colleges and Universities. Presently with 11th Army Intelligence Corps., he expects to separate from the service next month and the couple will live on the West Coast of the United States. JOANNE AND DICK FOSSEY
