'World Around Us' Series Coming Back To Gables
Explorers, life-scientists, and travel authorities, presenting color motion picture programs on travel, adventure and world knowledge, will bring "The World Around Us" series to Coral Gables. The series of five programs is being sponsored for the second year by the Coral Gables Congregational Church. The first presentation will be Wednesday, Jan. 9 at 7:30 p.m. in the church sanctuary. Fran William Hall, professional lecturer and photographer, will present "By the Shores of Gitchee Gumee" about the Haiwatha country of the Lake Superior Circle. These film programs are open to the public with season tickets available at $5 for the series. Single admissions may be purchased at the door for $1.25.
