Chanuka donor mart and supper, sponsored by the Sisterhood of the Southwest Jewish Center, will take place from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday at the center.

The Episcopal Women of Holy Comforter Church, 150 SW 1st St., will hold a bazaar Saturday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. including lunch, with turkey dinner served at six o'clock.

By Helen Reynolds The public is invited, according to Mrs. A. S. Decesare and Mrs. Don Slesnic, co-chairmen. * * * Bob Gunter and Kenneth Gunter, sons of Mr. and Mrs. Edward C. Gunter, 7390 S.W. 56th Ave., are in foreign lands. Bob is with Army in Hawaii, and Ken is with the army in Germany. Their mother, Virginia, who had to give up her club and newspaper writing (she conducted a column in the Guide) due to poor health, has entirely recovered and is again her former peppy self. She is a member of the Coco Plum Woman's Club, active in its committee work this year including American Homes, Drama and Refreshment. * * * Horticulture was the program, and Mrs. Paul Wooldridge, 4900 Biltmore Dr., the hostess, when the Suburban Garden Club members met yesterday in morning session. Mrs. H. A. Brennan was the speaker. * * * Mr. and Mrs. Bennie Booke, 6627 SW 63rd Ter., announce the arrival of their grandson, Marc. He was born Oct. 20 at Carle Memorial Hospital in Urbana, Illinois and weighed five pounds five ounces. Parents of their first child are Mr. and Mrs. Roger I. DesRosiers Jr. of 1008 S. Busey, Urbana. * * * Mrs. Donald F. Kiesau, 13075 S.W. 60th Ave., will be hostess at 9:30 a.m. today (Thursday) for the Biltmore Heights Garden Club meeting. Flower arrangements and plants of their own flower show will be judged by Mrs. Robert Adams, director of District 12 in preparation for the Metropolitan Flower Show to be held in December. * * * The Kings Bay Yacht Club will be the setting, Dec. 5th for a luncheon, fashion show sponsored by the members of the Women's Cancer Association of the UM. Mrs. Lee David French, 5750 Riviera Dr., is chairman. The club is taking reservations. * * * The South Florida Cleft Palate Clinic, sponsored by the Soroptimists Club of Coral Gables, will hold its annual Aunt Jemima Pancake Festival with Country Store Saturday 5:30 to 8 p.m. at the Coral Gables Woman's Club. The public is invited. * * * So that mothers may make the annual Chanukkah celebration happy for their children, the Sisterhood of the Coral Way Jewish Center, 8766 Coral Way, will hold a workshop meeting at 8:30 p.m. today (Thursday) at the center. Open to the public, games, songs and refreshments will be the program.
