His successor here, effective Monday, is Kagey Moyers. Moyers, 23, is a native of Chicago who came South to attend the University of Miami. Gets Radio But Thief Slips Hand

A Miracle Mile camera shop operator proved to be fast on his feet Oct. 19 when a group of youths attempted to steal a radio from him. The four youths, between 20 and 22, entered the Camera Record Shop, 76 Miracle Mile shortly before 1 p.m. and kept Ned Fleishman busy while one of them grabbed a portable radio and ran with it. He was followed by the other three youths and then by Fleishman, who proved to be fast enough on his feet to catch the thief. Fleishman told Gables police he got the radio back, but was unable to hold the culprit.
