Santa Talks James Cries Rusty Barks

LAST FRIDAY was Santa Claus day at City Hall and this was the scene. Nineteen-months-old James Flood, son of Mr. and Mrs. James Flood, 430 Palermo Ave., found it too much. And Rusty, the pet of Mr. and Mrs. Robert G. Black, 125 SW 48th St., and children Lori and Jeff, had his say, too. A small crowd turned out. (Staff photos by Raymond Lang)
