New Jersey Wedding Site For Easton-Kalos Nuptials
Mr. and Mrs. Louis Easton of 551 Jeronimo Dr., announce the marriage of their daughter, Linda Mae to Paul Lawrence Kalos, son of Mr. and Mrs. Simon Kalos of Freeport, Long Island, N.Y. The ceremony took place Sunday, June 10 at the Teaneck Jewish Community Center, Teaneck, N.J. The bride wore a gown of imported Chantilly lace embroidered in seed pearls with back interest of hand made roses of chiffon. Her voluminous short veil fell from a crown of roses and she carried a bouquet of white roses and orchids. The bride's sister, Miss Judith Easton was honor maid and bridesmaids were Miss Naomi Kalos, sister of the groom, Miss Abby Binger, West Englewood, N.J., Miss Peggy Levine, of New York and Miss Carol Rubovitz, of Hillside, N.J. They wore identical gowns of raspberry organza fashioned with wide cape collars. James Purcell of New York was best man. Ushers were: Robert Lebson, cousin of the bride; Robert A. Zeiger, Stephen Emmerman and Harry Hashmall. After a honeymoon trip to Bermuda, the couple will reside in New York, and the bride will continue her studies at Barnard College. The groom, a graduate of Cornell University and the Harvard Law School is a practicing attorney in New York City.

Gableite Weds Jerseyite; He's at Keesler Air Base
St. Francis Roman Catholic Church, Ridgefield, N.J., was the setting June 2 for the marriage of the former Miss Constance Greaney, and Lt. Charles Andrew Coomes, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Charles S. Coomes, of 534 Sevilla Ave. The bride, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Charles E. Greaney of Ridgefield, was given in marriage by her father. She wore a full length gown with chapel train of white organza over taffeta; the bodice was designed with Sabrina neck line, and bracelet length sleeves. She carried white roses and stephanotis and her bouffant veil fell from a crown of silk organza flowers. The bride was attended by her cousin, Miss Christina M. Leary as maid of honor, and her four bridesmaids included the groom's sister, Miss Mary Ann Coomes of Coral Gables. The attendants wore pale green sheaths of taffeta with organza over skirts, and carried fireside baskets of yellow daisies. Xavier L. Pellicer Jr., of St. Augustine, was best man. Ushers included Charles E. and Joseph Greaney brothers of the bride. The Rev. David Mungum, a cousin of the bride officiated at the noon nuptial mass and luncheon and reception followed at the Chimes Restaurant in Paramus, N.J. The bride is a graduate of Regis College, Weston, Mass. The groom was graduated from Rockhurst College Kansas City Mo., and Georgetown University's School of Law. He is currently stationed at Keesler AFB, Biloxi, Miss. Lieut. Coomes was born in St. Augustine where his paternal grandparents, and maternal grandmother reside.

Marine Aviation Cadet James S. Greene, son of Mr. and Mrs. James S. Greene, of 1002 Capri St., has reported for training as a student naval aviator at Whiting Field Naval Auxiliary Air Station, Milton, Fla. ★ ★ ★ Thomas E. Nicholson, of 1235 Astoria Ave., received a Bachelor of Science degree at the commencement exercises of Purdue University, Lafayette, Ind., held June 3.
