Less Construction In SM During '61

Building In South Miami for the 12 months ended Sept. 30 was off $289,571 from the previous fiscal year. The totals were for $2,174,099 for the year ended Sept. 30, 1961. This year it was $1,884,528. Film 'The Inn,' Due At Church

"The Inn of the Sixth Happiness", a movie starring Ingrid Bergman, Kurt Jurgens and Robert Donat, will be shown Saturday and Sunday nights at 7:45 at the Palmetto Presbyterian Church, 6790 SW 56th St. A nursery is provided and admission is by donation. The young people of the church plan to sell refreshments.

Holley Named

Frank N. Holley Jr., a bank director in Greater Miami for the past 25 years, has been elected board chairman of the First Bank & Trust Company of South Miami. He succeeds H. W. Vanderboegh long active in the South Miami business community, who assumes the newly created post of honorary chairman.
