One-Way Mirror Highlights Family Room
If a one-way mirror and walls covered with maps of the old world interest you, then it's the Family Room and Board of Directors chamber for you at Granada Presbyterian Church. These two rooms are next to the new sanctuary. The one-way mirror in the Family Room adds to the privacy of those in the room. At a funeral service in the sanctuary, relatives and friends may remain in the privacy of the Family Room, yet watch services through the one-way mirror, yet not be seen themselves. Or a bridegroom can wait here. When he looks into the mirror and sees his bride begin her walk down the aisle, he then knows when he must make his entrance. In the Board of Directors chamber, a wallpaper of maps affords a panoramic view of the world as it was in the days of the Old Testament and the New Testament. The maps of the New Testament world even mark the travels of Jesus Christ. The building also has a spacious kitchen, complete with refrigerators and two ranges. There's also a pastor's study for Dr. Frank Alfred Mathes. It has a feeling of dignity and intimacy with its thick carpeting, wall paneling and special lighting.

I'm writing this letter to you because as a suburbanite, I feel your show is important to our entertainment and has generally been a good thing. (Ditto for Metro; it's important to us here and generally has been a good thing). If you'd like to go into this further, I'd be glad to come on your show and discuss it. I think it would be a stimulating experience. Besides, I can use the money. (Editors Note: They pay $320;. It's a problem this week to decide whether to write about Metro or you, Jack, but I thought I'd get this note off to you anyway. I'm serious about all I say in this letter. I kid you not!!
Teenagers-Learn To Dance
In order to be popular and "one of the crowd," it is important for your daughter to know how to dance. She can be sweet and pretty, but it is no fun being a wallflower! Help her to gain confidence by learning the special dances teenagers do. The Hully Gully, Slow Dancing, Watusi, Bristol Stomp, Twist are only a few of the dances teenagers want to know. Join a special class for teenagers and preteens... learn the American Bandstand dances only the young folk do and enjoy. BOYS TOO! Boys must know the current dances. Don't let him stand on the sideline feeling shy because he doesn't know how to dance and join the crowd. J. C. Penney's To Have Credit
J. C. Penney's Central Plaza store will begin charge accounts today (Thursday). Until 1958, none of the nearly 1,700 Penney stores offered credit. Since then, the company has begun a program of charge accounts and by the middle of next year all stores will offer such a service. Manager James Wunderlich said both 30-day charge and time payment accounts are available.
