HOMECOMING PARADE - 1960

BANDS UNIV. COURT SEGOVIA CITY HALL BILTMORE WAY MIRACLE MILE ANDALUSIA AVE. LE JEUNE ROAD UNIVERSITY DRIVE SALZEDO PONCE DE LEON FLOAT ASSEMBLY IN N. CAMPUS PARKING LOT FACING NORTHEAST HOMECOMING PARADE KICKS OFF TONIGHT at 7 p.m. from the University of Miami North Campus. A colorful array of floats, majorettes, bands, including the UM Band of the Hour, will march down University Dr., take a half left at Ponce de Leon Blvd., head north to Miracle Mile where it will head west to City Hall, around Biltmore Way to Segovia Blvd, and back to the marshalling point. This year's theme will be heavy with "Beat the Irish" of Notre Dame and the "Fabulous Forties."
