Miss Linda Mclain Will Wed Mr. Austin June 22
Mr. and Mrs. Herbert McClain of 343 Majorica Ave. announce the engagement of their daughter, Linda Norwood, to John Southern Austin Jr., son of Mr. and Mrs. John S. Austin of Dunwoody, Ga. The wedding will take place June 22 at St. Stephen's Episcopal Church. The bride-elect is a graduate of Emory University where she was a member of Kappa Alpha Theta sorority. She was a member of the Junior Assembly, the Twenty Little Working Girls and of the Spinsters Club. Her fiance graduated from Emory University in 1960 and is an instructor at the Georgia Institute of Technology, Atlanta. He will attend summer sessions at Middlebury College, Vermont, working towards his master's degree. MISS McCLAIN

Mrs. Melvin Harrison, 714 Calatrava Ave., will be the hostess at 8 p.m. today (Thursday) for the Phi Sigma Sigma alumnae club of Greater Miami monthly meeting which includes election of new officers.

Edwin Lunsford Completes Pensacola Aviation Course
Ens. & Mrs. Lunsford Edwin C. Lunsford Jr., son of Dr. and Mrs. E. C. Lunsford, 1501 Sunset Dr., recently completed the aviation officers candidate course at the Naval Pre-Flight School, Pensacola and is shown with his wife, Aubrey, who was present to see him commissioned an Ensign in the Naval Reserve. Before entering the Navy, he graduated from Emory University. His wife is the former Miss Aubrey Shepherd of Atlanta.
