Byron P. Sperow Awarded His Phd

Mr. and Mrs. Byron A. Sperow, 1422 Mendavia Ave., are proud of their son, Byron Paul Sperow, who received his Doctor of Philosophy degree Saturday from the University of Florida. His parents were present for the ceremony. Byron graduated from Coral Gables High School in 1951. He earned his AB degree in 1955, and his MS degree in 1957, both from the University of Miami. His major was psychology. He is a member of Psi Chi, honorary; Florida Psychology association and of the Southern Society for Philosophy and Psychology. He joined Alpha Tau Omega, social fraternity, and is a Shriner. He is also a member of the Coral Gables Country Club. Byron is an only son. He was born in Ohio and came to Florida with his parents while a school boy. As to his future work, he wants to "get his feet on the ground," since the past 10 to 12 years have been years of study. He will open offices in his father's real estate business where he plans to work in the field of psychology applied to business, communications and education. BYRON SPEROW
