Christian Churches To Convene

The Christian Churches of Southern Florida will hold a convention at the University Christian Church, 6750 Sunset Dr., South Miami, Oct. 26. Minister of the University Christian Church is Rev. L. E. Whitley, 9940 SW 74th St., Miami. Mr. C. Manley Morton, who was interim minister at the church before Rev. Whitley, will preside.

She Gave

Mrs. Joseph Stockhausen of 15920 SW 84th Ave., donated her time and talents to do a mural for the Coral Reef Elementary School. It shows scenes from children's stories such as "Alice in Wonderland," and "Winnie the Pooh," among others, and hangs in the library for all the children to see. Mrs. Stockhausen, the former Patricia Harmon, is a UM graduate and member of the Kappa Kappa Gamma Alumnae Association.

Teenagers - Learn To Dance
