What's Your Problem?
By JOSH PERKINS Syndicated By Perkins Enterprises Hampstead, Vermont Dear Uncle Josh, Because of my husband's business connections, we are going to entertain a Spanish family at dinner. Have you any suggestions to help make the evening a success? Puzzled Hostess Dear Puzzled Hostess, Although Spanish is not spoken widely in Vermont, it is true the world over that you can put any visiting foreigner at ease by speaking to him in his own language. When your guests arrive for dinner greet them with "Buenos Dias!" (Good Morning). There are several very good recordings of "Valencia" on the market and you might have one of these playing in the background to help create an atmosphere. 'La Paloma" (Guy Lombardo, if you can get it) is also good. If there is an elderly lady in the family (duenna), you might have her wear a large shawl and place her in a corner of the living room. She can look upon the proceedings disapprovingly from time to time, but it is best under the circumstances for her not to say anything. Europeans are reassured by the family solidarity that she will represent. To terminate the evening in a charming fashion, have the entire family gather around the piano and hum "In a Little Spanish Town" as an "aloha" for the departing guests. Uncle Josh.

Newest Addition For The Leshaws
Adv. Newest Addition For The Leshaws Mr. and Mrs. Jay E. Leshaw and family are enjoying a second story section recent-added to their home. Friends and neighbors of the Leshaws were amazed upon seeing how this addition beautified this home located at 1110 Andora Avenue, Coral Gables. "It adds so much to the distinction of the home," one neighbor remarked. Mr. Leshaw, president of the Art Construction Company, explained, "like most families we needed more space but did not want to destroy the beauty of the landscaping and outdoor area. We had no other alternative but to build up." This addition was designed and constructed by the Art Construction Company of Coral Gables.
