A General Biennial election will be held in the several precincts in the City of Coral Gables, Florida, on the 11th day of April, A. D. 1961, from 7:00 o'clock A.M. to 7:00 o'clock P.M. on said date, for the purpose of electing four Commissioners and designating one candidate for Mayor. The two candidates receiving the highest number of votes for the office of Commissioner shall each hold office for a term of four (4) years; the candidates receiving the third number of votes will hold office for a term of two (2) years; the candidate receiving the fourth highest number of votes will hold office for a term of one (1) years and will fill the unexpired term of a former commissioner, resigned. A part of the ballot will be so arranged that the electors may designate their choice for Mayor for the ensuing two years, of those candidates or incumbent Commissioners who may request their names to be placed upon the ballot for Mayor. This election will be held in the several voting precincts of the City of Coral Gables, and at the voting places in the respective precincts as established by Ordinance of said City. The voting precincts and the polling places designated are as follows: PRECINCT NO. 1—All of the City of Coral Gables lying north of Coral Way and west of LeJeune Road. Polling place, Coral Gables Country Club, 997 North Greenway Drive. PRECINCT NO. 2—All of the City of Coral Gables lying south of Coral Way and Miracle Mile and north of Bird Road. Polling place, Youth Center Building, 400 Avenue Anastasia. PRECINCT NO. 3—All of the City of Coral Gables lying south of Bird Road and south of the City of South Miami, extending across the waters of Biscayne Bay to the eastern jurisdiction-al boundary of said City of Coral Gables.
