Home owners add to property

Homeowners are busy adding Florida rooms and swimming pools to their homes in South Dade. On Monday and Tuesday of this week 16 building permits were issued for swimming pools, while 15 were issued to homeowners planning a variety of additions to residences. Home building permits were issued to the following: • F & R Builders for a 100-home development in the vicinity of 152nd Terrace and SW 11th Avenue. • H. G. Land Development for four homes in the area of 252nd Street and SW 127th Ct. • Michael Florez for a home at 18650 SW 204th Ave. • Enzo Cover for a residence and swimming pool at 17240 SW 77th Ct. • Leonard Barfield for a home at 24750 SW 123rd Ave. • Cane Cutler Estates, Inc. for a home and swimming pool at 18240 SW 78th Pl. • Cenal Companies for two residences to be located at 9780 SW 128th St. and 12824 SW 102nd Ct. • PAS Developers for four residences in the vicinity of 118th Court and SW 24th Terrace.
