These girls hear wedding bells
Mrs. Apelker Mrs. Harris Mrs. Craig Mrs. Baskin Apelker-Martin Shaul Apelker and Sherry Lynn Martin were married recently in Tel Aviv, Israel. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Leo Martin, South Miami. She is a graduate of Palmetto High School and Miami Dade Community College. The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Baruch Apelker, of Nathanya, Israel. He is a graduate of Tel Aviv School of Aviation. After a wedding trip to London, England, the couple will reside in Miami. Baskin-Herris Marc Nathaniel Baskin and Elayne Susan Herris were married Monday, July 5, at Temple Judea in Coral Gables. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Irving Herris, 6835 Carmarin St., Coral Gables. She is a graduate of the University of Florida. The groom is the son of Mrs. Meyer Baskin, 1819 Ferdinand St., Coral Gables. He is a graduate of Harvard College and plans to teach at the University of Miami. After a wedding trip to California, the couple plans to live in Coral Gables. Craig-Robinson Deborah Elizabeth Robinson and James Richard Craig were married Friday, July 9, in a garden wedding in Asheville, N.C. The bride is the daughter of James Melvin Robinson, 325 Madiera St., Coral Gables, and Mrs. Kenneth Allen Groves, Naranja, Fla. She is a graduate of Coral Gables High School and Miami Dade Community College. The groom is the son of John Russell Craig, Sr., of Arden, N.C. He is a graduate of T.C. Roberson High School. After a honeymoon trip to Lake Lure, N.C., the couple will live in Asheville. Harris-Admire William Ignacio Harris and Ruth Sullivan Admire were married Saturday, July 10, at Riviera Presbyterian Church. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Jack Gaylord Admire, 425 Tivoli Ave., Coral Gables. She is a graduate of the University of Miami and is now doing post-graduate work at Florida International University. The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. William Harris, 1400 SW 102nd Ct. He is a graduate of Florida International University. After a honeymoon trip to St. Augustine, the couple will live in Miami.

Mr. and Mrs. Morris Witten, 2011 SW 83rd Ave., announce the engagement of their daughter, Cheryl Janet Witten, to Indy Charles Crowley, ate of Southwest Senior High School. She is employed as an orthopedic transcriber. Her fiance is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Patrick Crowley, of Tacoma, Wa. a graduate of the University of Washington, he is now a lieutenant in the Navy. A fall wedding is planned to take place in Jacksonville.
