Judith Ann Stoeber Is Now Mrs. Theodore Waterbury
Mr. and Mrs. Karl E. Stoeber, 1931 SW 64th Ct., announce the recent marriage of their daughter, Judith Ann, to Theodore R. Waterbury, son of Mr. and Mrs. J. P. Gowan of Jacksonville. The 8 p.m. Friday ceremony took place at St. James Lutheran Church with the pastor, the Rev. Earl Hively, officiating at the double ring candlelight ceremonies. Bride's Gown Given in marriage by her father, the bride wore a floor length gown of white nylon organdy, designed with fitted bodice and full skirt. The bodice was detailed with scalloped Sabrina neckline and the entire bodice and short sleeves were embroidered. A flat bow of the material finished below the waist at the back. The bride's shoulder length veil of illusion fell from a seed pearl tiara with large center drop pearl. She carried a spray of orchids. Miss Beth Greenberg of Miami was maid of honor and the bride's only attendant. Her gown of cerise chiffon and velvet was coordinated with a matching veil headpiece. She carried a nosegay of sweetheart roses. John W. Wood of Miami was best man. Gene Hinson was usher. The reception followed the nuptials in the church parlors. For her daughter's wedding, Mrs. Stoeber chose American beauty brocade and corsage of camellias. Mother of the groom wore a white silk faille ensemble and orchid corsage. The bride attended West Miami Junior High, Southwest High School, Mademoiselle Academy, Tides Conservatory and the International Business School. The groom attended Young Harris Academy, Young Harris, Ga., and the University of Miami, Class of 1954. Both the bride and groom are interested in little theater activities and have participated and starred in local productions. MR. AND MRS. THEODORE WATERBURY
